Although we are not able to help some applicants, we are able to provide them valuable feedback to improve their chances of success with our "Assessment". Many of our clients are referred to us by bank Special Assets Officers. Others are referred by banks who would like to retain an applicant’s depository relationship but are not attracted to the credit profile.

For over 29 years Lunelle has financed small and medium sized companies, not only at major regional commercial but also at national and boutique finance companies. She has worked in the areas of conventional cash flow lending
(unsecured and mezzanine lending), SBA lending (7(a), 504 and 502), import/export finance (including EXIM Bank), factoring, asset based lending,
PO funding, and real estate construction lending for commercial, investment and residential projects.
Lunelle is accredited as an Economic Development Finance Professional through the National Development Council. She earned her B.S. in Finance from Florida State University. Lunelle is a tenacious advocate for small business, and creative at structuring financing for clients.
She is a frequent speaker, panelist and moderator at credit markets events, professional development meetings and conferences
(CPAs, Bar Associations, Turnaround, etc.).
She was chosen for nomination for Business Advocate of the Year by
the USF Small Business Development Center. Lunelle is
certified as an Economic Development Finance Professional and enjoys
working with Economic Developers in assisting their community grow
and strengthen their economy. She consults with
business owners seeking to 'up their borrowing power' or planning
mergers and acquisitions.
Because of her expertise, Lunelle has recently been asked to serve
as an Expert in administrative law cases regarding U.S. Small
Business Administration (SBA) 7(a) loans.
Lunelle is a Past Vice President of the International Turnaround Management Association (TMA), Past President of the Florida Chapter of the TMA, Founding Vice President of the Alabama Chapter of the TMA, and past Director of the Tampa Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).
She served on the Loan Committee of a SBA 504 Certified Development Company.
