About Us

Unlike loan brokers, we are choosy about our clients. We defer on financing engagements unless we believe we can succeed.

Although we are not able to help some applicants, we are able to provide them valuable feedback to improve their chances of success with our "Assessment". Many of our clients are referred to us by bank Special Assets Officers. Others are referred by banks who would like to retain an applicant’s depository relationship but are not attracted to the credit profile.

Who are our sources:
Mostly private niche finance companies who do not advertise on TV or in the newspapers. Many of our numerous sources have been known to us in the market for decades. In addition, we are constantly soliciting and culling new potential pockets of capital for our clients. We have over 1000 sources made up of financing companies, funds, family offices and individual investors.  Each company’s needs are unique and we choose from many financing techniques and sources to structure a solution. It’s a custom approach, not a one size fits all.   In some cases, we are also able to assist our clients improve their current borrowing terms, such as reducing the interest rate or payment amounts.  In others, we are able to obtain a bank approval when the applicant was unsuccessful.

Techniques include
:  Purchase Order funding (PO Funding), lines of credit, unsecured loans, asset
based loans, factoring (recourse and non-recourse, notification and non-notification) asset based lines of credit, equipment loans, equipment sale leaseback, real estate loans, bridge loans, hard money loans, mezzanine loans, SBA loans (7(a), express, and 504).  We work with note buyers who are often willing to buy out debt with a current lender.  We also have capabilities in the private equity marketplace, for companies and real estate projects that need additional equity capital to attract debt.  Renovation & Acquisition, development and land loans are also in our wheel house
