Many of our clients are referred to us by bank Special Assets Officers. Others are referred by banks who would like to retain an applicant’s depository relationship but are not attracted to the credit profile.

For over 25 years Lunelle has financed small and medium sized companies, not only at major regional commercial but also at national and boutique finance companies. She has worked in the areas of conventional cash flow lending, SBA lending, import/export finance (including EXIM Bank), factoring, asset based lending, real estate construction lending for commercial, investment and residential projects.
Lunelle is accredited as an Economic Development Finance Professional through the National Development Council. She earned her B.S. in Finance from Florida State University. Lunelle is a tenacious advocate for small business, and creative at structuring financing for clients.
She is a frequent speaker, panelist and moderator at credit markets events, professional development meetings and conferences.
Lunelle is a Past Vice President of the International Turnaround Management Association (TMA), Past President of the Florida Chapter of the TMA, Founding Vice President of the Alabama Chapter of the TMA, and past Director of the Tampa Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). She currently serves on the Loan Committee of a SBA 504 Certified Development Company.
